The Circle of Life

SP brought home some school-work that I found interesting. He is learning about animals and their habitats and food. The assignment was to draw his favorite animal. This is what he chose:

(brown bear, not bran bar although bran bars are very interesting animals!)
Notice the detailing on the teeth and claws!

Next, he was asked to draw the type of food that this animal eats:

(humans)
Of course this human is going to be eaten - his legs are way too short to run away effectively!

Not only is my son an excellent artist, but he has a firm grasp on his placement within the food chain!

Why does the bran bar need leg warmers?

oh how funny! I love that he used the "eu" phonogram! He's getting so smart...soon you'll have to buy him bigger pants!

I love those first written words.....they are spelled the same way they sound! That is awesome!

Yes..those legs are definitly way to short for running, the arms however may prove useful for swinging from the trees..maybe he was drawing a 'primitive' human before we evolved from apes. Which means of course that he's a genius because he's already studying biology on an evolutionary level..maybe you need to test his IQ..forget the spelling errors, he's simply an eccentric genius and that's one of his quarks.
Also..thats the best depiction of a bran bar I've ever seen. Aren't they a rare breed? so its amazing to see one in the wild..he must tell us all where to find the rare, shy bran bar.
